Click and collect guy was very rude, it’s my second disappointing time at click and collect. Please tell your staff to be more respectful
I like the Furniture, However in my experience on Saturday the 12/7/25 I attended the store twice wanting to purchase 2 lounges first time no other customers in the store 2 girls stayed at the counter and did not offer any assistance.. 2nd trip that day couple more customers but notice everyone was walking out and no customer service. Decided to go home and order the 2 couches online.
- 5 stars more like it. Never seen a company with such poor customer service to make customers give up so they keep their money
Would give a negative star review if possible The worse customer service ever, won’t give refunds until after the items delivered as they believe their website glitches are your fault. And that you have to cover the delivery cost of the item you never ordered. They refuse to let you lodge a formal complaint. You are unable to even contact the supplier to resolve the issue yourself you spend hours on hold for 0 help.
