Jarrod is a 5 star employee! He was kind and accommodating. We arrived at 4:45pm, 15 mins before the warehouse closed. At short notice we needed 2 single beds and mattresses, along with some other items and Jarrod made it happen. If what we needed wasn't in stock, Jarrod came up with an alternative. He was not in the least bit phased by our inconvenient request and seemed all the more eager to assist. Super friendly staff who were very helpful and not at all pushy. I am terrible with names but I believe the guy who helped us was named Tom? I'll edit this if it wasn't because he made the experience super easy.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fantastic Furniture. A few weeks ago, I ordered a queen mattress and paid a deposit. Yesterday, I went to the store and paid the remaining balance in full and booked the delivery for today. The staff member clearly told me that I would receive a message that night confirming the delivery time for today. However, later yesterday, I received another call saying the mattress I had paid for was not available and they were upgrading me to a different mattress. Even thou... read more
Order a mattress on Wednesday, was told to wait for 2/4 weeks. Got a message on Friday and they were king enough to move the mattress in the shop as the warehouse close at 5 and I went there at 5:15. Great service and good value for money
