What an absolute joke this company is. I have tried buying products from them so many times over the years, not just this store, all fantastic furniture stores and they NEVER have stock available. It is always a 3 month wait. Why bother having a store when you have no stock whatsoever for the public to buy? Company is a joke. Never will I even step foot in one of these stores again
Click and collect guy was very rude, it’s my second disappointing time at click and collect. Please tell your staff to be more respectful
I like the Furniture, However in my experience on Saturday the 12/7/25 I attended the store twice wanting to purchase 2 lounges first time no other customers in the store 2 girls stayed at the counter and did not offer any assistance.. 2nd trip that day couple more customers but notice everyone was walking out and no customer service. Decided to go home and order the 2 couches online.
- 5 stars more like it. Never seen a company with such poor customer service to make customers give up so they keep their money
