Poor experience from start to finish. We waited over three weeks for a two-seater and three-seater lounge suite to be shipped from Sydney because there was no local stock available. After waiting all that time, we were told there were no three-seaters available in Sydney after all. We agreed to substitute the three-seater with another available option, only to then be told that there were no two-seaters left either because they had all been sold during recent sales.
