It's not a full face cord. The way they stack the wood gives you about 2/3 of a face cord. They say it's because that's how they get it from the kiln. In multiple discussions on the phone prior to delivery and payment they never told me that the way they stack it will result in significantly less wood. Had they have done this I would have gone elsewhere, but instead I didn't find out until the wood was all stacked in my yard. What they did was misleading at best.
