The quality of the product and after service is very bad. I have installed a costly custom curtain with them. They started falling after sometime. The owner agreed to fix it and I have waited for more than 5 months for him to fix it. That never happened so I replaced the whole curtain with another vendor.
Excellent products and service at reasonable prices. Highly recommend them for contemporary curtains and blinds.
