We purchased three fans sometime ago and we love the architectural look of these beautiful fans. Super quiet and super efficient. Contacted Fan Ciy recently and could not be more complimentary of the after sale service provided by Arup.

I’m on the other side of Australia, so dealing with a remote provider in Sydney does require some caution. Not with this company- efficient, excellent prompt delivery of our 4 fans and when I needed to return some unwanted parts they did not hesitate to accept them and quickly refund that amount of the purchase price. They have honesty and integrity.
The customer service from Arup is second to none. His selection and knowledge of ceiling fans are truly impressive. Both myself and daughter in law have purchased on 2 separate occasions and even though we all live in Melbourne I have no hesitation recommending to buy online from this store. I have purchased 3 fans and they have all been marvellous. They are, indeed, almost silent and work very effectively. Also, the after sales service has been exceptional. I needed a small part on the control replaced and Arup Chatterjee had no hesitation doing that for me. I would recommend buying your fans from there to everyone.
