We have now purchased 3 fans from Fan City and couldn’t be happier with the experience every time. The quality of the fans is excellent. They work perfectly and the selection available is great. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable, they are also very accommodating for what we need and the whole process is always smooth and professional. I've bought a few fans from the Waterloo Fans City shop over the years. Arup has been there a long time and is always very helpful. My latest fan purchase was about 3 months ago. I used the recommended installer Spark Master. At the time there was a small issue and they on the spot ducked back to the store to get replacement. Then just recently this fan started making a bit of odd noise.
