I recently purchased three Milano slider junior fans from Fancity Waterloo, and the entire experience was exceptional. Arup made the process completely seamless — from ordering to purchase and coordinating installation with the electrician. The fans themselves are beautiful, high-quality, and whisper-quiet. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and highly recommend both Fancity Waterloo and Arup for anyone looking for premium fans and excellent service!
We ordered 3 fans from Fan City and then found that one of the fans could not be installed by our electrician due to some wiring issues in our property (not related to the fan). Arup from Fan City was very helpful and refunded the fan straight away after we explained the situation. That's excellent customer service!
Exceptional service, including follow up service. The staff are proud of their products, for good reason. This was an excellent and seamless process.
In January 2022 we purchased two Milano Slider Junior fans with light walnut blades. One of our older fans (different brand and different company) has just died. Without hesitation, we have ordered a Milano Slider Nova Full Moon with a LED light as a replacement. Great products and Arup has been great to deal with. Customer service has been outstanding. Highly recommend Fan City.
We have bought more than 10 fans from Fan City, Waterloo for our last 2 homes and have not had any issues at all. They are not the cheapest fans on the market but for the quality they are reasonably priced. In addition, Arup is a wonderful and knowledgeable person to deal with. When your store only sells fans and have remained in business for such a long time, they must be doing something right for customers to keep them coming back. Keep up the great work Arup and thank you!
