We purchased three fans sometime ago and we love the architectural look of these beautiful fans. Super quiet and super efficient. Contacted Fan Ciy recently and could not be more complimentary of the after sale service provided by Arup.

I’m on the other side of Australia, so dealing with a remote provider in Sydney does require some caution. Not with this company- efficient, excellent prompt delivery of our 4 fans and when I needed to return some unwanted parts they did not hesitate to accept them and quickly refund that amount of the purchase price. They have honesty and integrity.

We have now purchased 3 fans from Fan City and couldn’t be happier with the experience every time. The quality of the fans is excellent. They work perfectly and the selection available is great. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable, they are also very accommodating for what we need and the whole process is always smooth and professional.
