They tried to load our John Deere lawn mower, up a make shift ramp and flipped it. My husband even told them, they shouldn’t do it and was told they do it all the time. Bringing stuff into our new house, they hit and damaged the siding. Spilt coffee on my daughter’s medicine she needed for a dental appt. They started at about Noon and didn’t leave until 11:00 pm. Very respectful, trustworthy, and high energy team of workers that get the job done in a safe but timely manner.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The movers never showed up. When you plan for weeks to move your entire life and have a deadline on when you need to be out of the house you count on the company to be there when they say they will. After not showing up on time I spoke with the owner and he said he had an emergency and was running late. I asked what time he would be there and he told me no later than 1:00.
