I have been doing business there for 7 years. 2 loans completed. I had the horrible experience of trying to get some help. I made a complaint that was ignored. I had questions that were ignored. Don’t try going to the CEO for help. Do you know why? You will be ignored. I apparently had the audacity to ask that a RIDICULOUS $50 charge be refunded. I was told that it was for “paperwork”.
