Wonderful people and fair business ethics want go anywhere else in Bonham
Customer service is horrible! This bank doesn’t know the first thing about how to treat its customers with respect. I’ve been with them for decades but after a recent experience it’s time to find a better bank. When a bank refuses to accept a signed court document on a probate case by the executor and locks you out of the office then seals the info into an envelope addressed to your lawyer speaks to the point that these people at this bank are incompetent at best and do not understand the law.
