Ya, seriously dissapointed. They really put me through quite a lot for nothing. Should have known when the first thing they asked me to sign was an agreement not to sue without a penalty of 5K. Led me on for days just to slam me with multiple offers when i was first to offer asking price. Hell i offered them their current asking price when it was first listed for 54K, 4 months ago. Dealing with Fannie Mae has been one of the worst experiences of my life. My wife and I bought a foreclosed house from Fannie Mae a few months back. The closing process for this house has been 4+ months. Additionally, they've given us closing dates at particular times that we need to be available for.
