They obnoxiously plaster a "PURCHASED FROM FANGAMER" sticker on the front of every item. These stickers are impossible to remove and leave behind paper and adhesive residue.

Fangamer is a very awesome company! We ordered a collector’s edition undertale set with the locket and etc for a Christmas gift. We had an issue with the locket, and fangamer is sending a replacement locket! Excellent customer service!!!! 5 stars!!!! Thank you fangamer!

Only thing I bought from them so far was a Ralsei plushie and it's a very nice and huggable plushie that I want to protect.
I love Hawt Dawg Man!!! I live in Singapore. It took me 2 months to recieve this plushie from Fangamer. It would had been just a month if it wasn't FedEx who lost my package. So they got USPS to deliver instead. I just want to thank Fangamer for their wonderful customer service and for their professionalism. They made sure I am always updated. Great quality merchandise! With my order, they gave a few extra goodies like stickers, and even with current shipping delays, they kept me updated on it’s status. Highly recommend.
