Absolute poor pathetic service. This place is a joke owner extremely rude business should not be running disgraceful people should be ashamed of themselves treating people the way they do. So poor and pathetic
I ordered a fountain in a specific colour, but they delivered the wrong one. Their excuse was that the showroom model had faded in the sun—which makes no sense if it’s used to sell products. After many delays, they finally picked it up after days and refunded me minus $50, even though it was their mistake. Very rude communication throughout. I don’t recommend this store.

Many thanks for helping us to get a perfect water fountain that suits our taste. I would recommend you to check out at the store rather than buying online as it’s is easier for you to make your choice and plenty to choose from. Initially I ordered it online. We prefers very quiet water flow. So I took it back to the store to change it with a quieter one.The gentleman at the showroom was very kind and helpful. I think he is the owner.
