Terrible customer service, I bought an overpriced car phone holder (40$) and when it broke within genuinely 5 minutes the worker said he couldn’t offer a refund or call his manager because the manager was driving ( and the manger insisted that he could issue a refund if there were problems which isn’t true. Do not buy from this store just get things off Amazon for 20$ cheaper 👍🏻
Called in today with a a locked up Samsung Tablet. Within 5 minutes the guys had managed to re-boot it and get it running perfectly. When we offered to pay they said don't worry, it only took a minute or two! Great service and they also have a great range of phone/tablet accessories - now our go-to place for anything phone or tablet related .
