UPDATE: The seller did do right by me. And swiftly applied a refund. Explained the situation. And I had it packaged to send back after being sent pre-paid postage, and then they emailed me and said just keep it. So I am changing my rating from 1 to 4. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any company! Buyer beware don’t buy anything off of their website. You will wait forever to get it! They sell you things they don’t even have in stock. Horrible company!
