I bought a dishwasher in 2021 along with an extended warranty. I needed a repair and called Famous Tate in Brandon 10/31/25 and was told they do not have anything to do with the appliance once it leaves the store. All they could do was to help me file a claim with company called fair trade, which they did. That was where the customer service with Famous Tate ended - I have been dealing with the sorry company fair trade ever since. And to this day I have heard nothing from Famous Tate. Good luck if you have to file a claim.
