Great place
This was my first year storing with Famous Furs. I decided one of my coats need the deep conditioning, along with the usual cleaning, storage, was charged $268.00 for 3 coats. Can back in November got my coat went home and started to look closer. I discovered at least 7 holes that hadn't been repaired, so that told they hadn't done the deep conditioning they charged me for because the conditioning is done by hand. Imagine. You go to pickup your full length mink, fox tuxedo coat and the associate is dragging it to you on a filthy carpeted floor and when you bring it to her attention, she cops an attitude. Then you mention it to the boss and he noshallantly says, these floors are vacuumed every night and that, she's short, next time I'll get it. You didn't know that all along?
