Would have liked to have more time to shop
Excellent customer service. My hiking boots died in Pennsylvania, so I stopped here for a new pair. Floor rep was very knowledgeable of all brands and provided advice for dealing with an old foot injury. Much better experience than shopping at a big name store like Cabelas.
Stopped in on a day outing to Watkins Glen. Wandered into the shoe department looking at some shoes for my husband. I was met with the most welcoming friendliest saleswoman ever! Her name was Deeedee and she couldn’t be more accommodating or more helpful! She was so pleasant and positive, not to mention funny, that she truly made my day!! Thanks for having such a great staff member!!! I’ll be back for sure!
Good prices for name brand items.
Nice place. A little pricey. After tourist season is over, prices will probably drop.
