Had a fantastic time with Michelle and Capt Ryland. Our oldest had a fear issue and Michelle took her under her wing and showed her everything was safe and not scary. Thank you for making our last day out awesome.
RecommendedThank you Andrew and Jasmine for your tour today. We had an amazing time. This was my mom and grandson’s first time to snorkel n addition to seeing the manatees. We found a nice quiet place to view and also found out a lot of information about the manatees and the area. We will be back. Thank you so much.
We were there today with our 2 kids totally recommend this experience with Rob and Adrian. They took us to a remote place where we swam with manatees with no one else around. The hot chocolate after the swim was also really appreciated by the kids. Would definitely do it again with bird's underwater dive center!
The operator comedy is a bonus! Good times, good peeps and we even saw some Dolphins.
Nice and knowledgeable staff. We felt very comfortable for our first time. Rules to be followed but if you follow them, your manatee experience will be top notch. Equipment, snacks, drinks and changing area provided in price. Pictures available for a small fee and well worth it. Bring cash to tip because you’ll want to!

I participated in the mermaid training course. Jasmine was amazing and I learned so much . The staff at Birds Underwater Dive Center was so helpful when I was deciding to book before and even after I booked my time slot . They were very accommodating. I recommend this course for anyone who is wanting mermaid training and Birds Underwater Dive Center. I look forward to more training. One of the best days of my life next to giving birth to my two children that is how amazing it was.
This was our 3rd visit in the last 25 years, it only keeps getting better and better! We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. A fantastic adventure for the entire family!
We have been using birds dive shop for several years. They are incredible and I will use no other dive shop.
