I went to this shop around 12:30 AM to buy sausages and drinks, but the staff informed me that the sausages have been frozen for the past three nights. This is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was that when I decided not to buy anything and leave, the staff laughed loudly. This is extremely disrespectful to customers. Customers deserve basic courtesy and professionalism.
