Very disappointing experience at FamilyMart in Toppen Shopping Centre, Johor Bahru. This was my first time buying oden from FamilyMart, so I didn’t know that different flavours had different tongs. I accidentally used the wrong tong. Instead of simply explaining it to me, one of the staff spoke to me loudly and in a very rude manner, saying, “This is not the tong for this flavour.” I immediately apologised and explained that I genuinely didn’t know there were different tongs for different flavours.
