13/5/2026 around 7.35am++.. Sy ke family mart beli air & nak beli hot food. Once dah ambil air i berdiri kat kaunter nak byr. One staff tgh checking roti, one staff tgh susun rokok dalam area kaunter sambil borak sesama diorg. Diorg tak nampak i maybe i kat kaunter tempat Oden. So i ke kaunter (closed caunter) depan rokok, berdiri tak interrupt pun diorg sembang the staff yg check roti recognize i, i cakap nak bayar.. Staff kt rokok tu cakap "Nak apa??" dgn tone yg biadap tak sedap di dengar. I takde marah, i cakap nak bayar... read more
saya order taiwan sausage tapi staff tu bagi saya cheese sausage, to manager please remind to your staff to double check customer order before pass to the customer, sometimes customer rushing and dorang pun tak sempat nak check, please take note okay, and staff please lah layan customer kau dengan elok, ni tak sombong gila layan nak tak nak je
