Cashier staff very rude
This place is veeery much due for an upgrade. They also need to hire more staff so there isn’t always a queue with one guy doing cashier work and making orders at the same time
Ordered online, immediately said no stock, but the same original oden still in menu (snack version) - i believe this is laziness of store.
cashier is rude . when my friends stepped into the shop then the staff at the cashier that in charge for heating up the meal is shouting saying “pondan datang” and when my friend asked for a plastic bag the same guy also shout said “nak apa” with aggresive way. i wonder if family mart randomly hire mat rempit to join their team. pls educate ur staff or atleast buang them. this happend yesterday
my 3rd times with slow services by dis family mart and i have to write on it
