I had to wait a very long time just to make the payment. It was around 10 p.m., and there was only one staff member working. I stood at the counter for at least two minutes, but she ignored me. I thought maybe she didn’t notice me, so I called her. She asked me to wait while she packed oden for another customer. I understand she might have been tired because she looked unhappy and irritated, but I was in a hurry too. I hope the service can be improved.
This shit is unacceptable. She cancelled my bill while I was making the payment and caused unnecessary trouble. I had to show my payment record because of her mistake.
