Bad experience. We waited at the counter for a long time but staff not served us. The oden was self-service, yet no one informed us properly. There were also rules (like not using hands to take the sticks), no guidance was given. If there are so many rules, then the staff should manage it instead of leaving everything to customers.

I would like to make a complaint about the service at FamilyMart Summerton. During my visit, I was served by a staff member named Sya. Unfortunately, I found her attitude to be quite rude. The way she responded to our questions was not polite and made us feel uncomfortable. I believe customer service staff should communicate in a respectful and helpful manner. I hope this matter can be looked into so that service quality can be improved. Thank you.
