Very rude the staff and don’t have manners, don’t know the customer service. Really bad service from the familymart staff.
Cashier got attitude problem.
i hate that self service counter , hard to detect and it can detect your items twice so it'll double the price when you litt took only one item on that , and no refund.
Honestly quite disappointed with the service here. The staff looked unwilling to serve customers properly, and the gravy portion was way too little. It’s a public holiday — should’ve been better prepared for the crowd. We pay the same price as everyone else, but this is what we get. Customers come to enjoy their food, not leave disappointed. Bila tanya diam. Tah pape tah. Jangan cuba nak diam je. Alert sikit staf tu. Untung sudah rugi ada ke????
