FamilyMart @ Southkey was renovated in 2025 and now features a dining area and 3 self-checkout kiosks. Unfortunately, the kiosks are placed side by side in a very cramped layout, with a staff member standing directly behind them supervising the checkout area. There is still a cashier further inside the store, but she only handles oden orders — all payments must be made at the self-checkout kiosks. Hanis very rude staff!! Memang layak selalu kene complain! If you can’t handle dealing with customers, then u shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role. Approach orang bukan main keras cara awak ye. Orang cakap baik”, awak cakap kasar. Im not your family member btw! Family mart boleh tak tukarkan dia ke outlet lainn?? Tenant pon ramai dah complain pasal dia ni!
Totally understandable if you want to close at 10pm but it would be great to update it on google maps? Closing time says 11pm

Hi owner, i dont knw what is problem with using cash payment, i guess there is plenty bank next to ur area to change small note, and ur staff rejected payment just bsz of no small change? I dont knw if ur staff too tired or too lazy to perform cash with cash payment.
