I visited the store to make payment. When I informed the staff I wished to pay by cash, she stated that only cashless payment was accepted. She faced away opposition during something and did not make eye contact or respond in a polite and attentive manner. I explained that I had successfully paid by cash at this store the day before, and asked why it was not possible today. The staff YuHanis is very rude to talk to customers. I just asked a simply questions still have fish cake? Then she seems like don’t want to answer showed black face to customers. Even talk with assistant manager but she also no action at all.
Food and everything was alright but their selection are barebone compared to standalone stores and alot of items/cheap drinks unavailable Their self service kiosk are such a hassle addition as the kiosk kept crashing and lagging everytime want to do payment.
the staff some people is ok some people like we is customer but he give the service like he or she angry me and the ice cream some time is ok some time is less
Im not sure why this familymart only provide cashless . So the cash was cannot use ? Poor service or lazy staff ?
