Saya pergi pada hari rabu, 15 Julai, pukul 3 petang, ada 2 staff, freehair dgn bertudung, saya telah order 3 dry korean cheese ramen semuanya basah, tak pekat dan cheese tk banyak seperti biasa , sebelum saya order, saya dah tanya pada salah satu staff "free hair" boleh ke kalau dry cheese ramen ni nak request cheese lebih? staff freehair tu cooperate je kata boleh. then saya pun order la nak cheese lebih. tiba2 sampai yang basah n cheese yang kedekut. mmg takmacam cheese yang usual dapat also tak lebih pun macam yang direqu... read more

Kepada Pengurus Family Mart Silibin, mohon baca setiap maklum balas pelangga di sini. Saya ada beberapa pengalaman dimana staff di kaunter umpama “robot” apabila bercakap dengan pelanggan. Saya kurang arif untuk membeli makanan, tetapi cara penerangan oleh staff di kaunter sangatlah tidak mesra pelanggan.

i already say dont put the chesse in my korean ramen，then they still put in，this is not the first time already ，know ？！！whatever i order on grab app still like this ，i already mention dont want cheese ，hey this is your shop service attitudes ？if cannot resolve this problem please fire that staff
