Hi! So on 3rd May 2026 around 7pm, I’ve encountered a very bad service by one of your staffs which I wouldn’t disclose the name out of respect for their own privacy. The staff’s tone and attitude was just not it. Not to mention the staff was absolutely rude, unprofessional not only to me but to other customers as well. Made a payment on 19/3 at 9.50pm, beli M&M je for my toddler. The female cashier was super friendly. I never bother to give reviews but i was so surprised by her friendliness despite busy hour. Jarang ya staff family mart nak small talk or even just bare minimum mcm senyum. family mart need to hire more friendly staff like her
very bad service !!! the staff named Mimie, assistant store supervisor is very rude ! bad experience ever to come and buy there. better not to be a cashier lah kalau nak jeling customer & cakap marah marah macam kita ni mengemis makanan. we pay for our food lah. no wonder lah banyak rate rendah sebab they served their customer with no respect and unprofessional. the behaviour was unacceptable and very disappointing.
Kita ni nak makan. Membeli jgk lah di sini. Dtg sni tngok review customer lain, patutlah disergah2 je kita ni yg nak membeli td. Mybe diorg mmg ditrain untuk layan customer dgn cara kurang ajar kot. Nsib x nmpk nama, x aku mention je nama prmpuan tu sni.
