Very disappointing service from one of the staff, Luqman Nurhakim & the other malay girl. As someone working in customer service, especially F&B, he should know how to treat customers properly when taking orders. Instead, he acted like customers were disturbing his work. He kept doing other tasks, didn’t stop, didn’t ask properly what we wanted to order, and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable and feels not welcoming customer like we were the workers and they was the customer.
