9:15am , I just want to order small hot latte, the cashier said the kitchen wasn't yet open??
Ordered an ice mocha with free toppings. As per the promo and the sad looking Malay guy working there asked me to take a picture because he didn't know what it was. Then after he saw the picture he said they ran out of toppings a long time ago. Shame what family mart is doing to these poor souls. He had those tired eyes that said "I just want my rm1200 per month so I can spend it on BrownDust2 gacha pulls". I gotta say for rm9.20 you'll lose less if you actually were in a highway robbery.
Worst can't even described their service, long queue also don't care don't even take a look at all.As a tenant here,i never ever will go there to purchase anythings again.
They don't top up touch and go cards
