Today’s experience was just ridiculous. I walked into the mart at 1:05pm thinking I’d grab a couple of quick items during my lunch break. Instead I ended up stuck there until 1:40pm. Thirty-five minutes in a mart. This shouldn’t even happen. Restaurants with full sit-down meals move faster than this place The workers were extremely slow and honestly felt pretty unreliable. Don’t bother to come here. Service is slow. Food non existent. Breads not replenished some even expired. Ice cream not available due to lack of staff. What excuse is this?? Might as well close shop As a public listed company, QL should do better in managing FM stores such as this. This shop deserve to be closed down
