I was ordering oden and politely asked whether the Korean spicy soup was very spicy because the last time I ordered the tom yum soup, it was too spicy for me. Instead of answering my question, the staff rudely told me to choose the oden add-on items first. She did not listen to what I was asking and her attitude was dismissive and unfriendly.
