DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE! I’m honestly very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service at this branch. I politely asked whether my FamilyMart points had been scanned so I could proceed with payment and close my phone, but the staff completely ignored me. When I asked again nicely, he responded rudely with ‘wait!’ in a harsh and disrespectful tone.
