staff pemalas
Service teruk , takde senyum langsung boleh siap gelakkan customer sambil borak dlm bahasa kelantan , konon customer tak faham apa yg diborakkan . First and last pergi
I bought Omurice Bento and ate it, which i later found out it was spoiled (expiry date is today but time is until midnight). I didnt want the hassle to return but it's all the managers responsibility to checm whenever the food is properly chilled overnight or not. I ended up getting sick. Will not recommend this FamilyMart franchise to everyone else.
Next level service 👏👏how do you guys train your staff? 😂
