Then i nk bayar dia tnya "ye kenapa" pastu i ckp lah nk byr odeng pastu buat muka hentak" odeng i , i dh byr say thanks pun tiada , jeling i lgi adalah i think she hates me i swear i dont even know herrrr .. Poor customer service from the Lady named Nur Syuhada. Ordered Laksa kahwin from the oden noodles counter and wanted to add on cheese tofu and she rudely said ‘ORDER KAT KAUNTER in a rough tone’. Then upon making payment over the counter, she handed the receipt without saying anything. Maybe your management needs to provide a better customer service training for the staff . I am coming to this family mart since 2018 or 2019 and this is the very first time I encounder such poor service from your staff.
Since as long as I can remember, the cashier has always been unfriendly towards the customer...mintak sudu garfu pun berkira??? Maybe procedure but still, takkan nak makan oden pakai tangan kan 🤗
I have visited this outlet multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and unprofessional, making simple interactions uncomfortable. Due to these repeated experiences, I now choose to visit other convenience stores instead. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this outlet unless there are significant improvements in customer service. Sorry, but this outlet really needs better customer service training🙏🏻
