Banyak kali dah visit outlet ni untuk beli barang, and memang staff dekat sini (especially staff Kelantan) selalu buat muka, jeling customer, and bagi bad vibes. Tapi semalam (1/7/2026, lebih kurang 9.30pm) memang paling tak boleh tahan. Cashier tu asyik side eye customer yang datang sambil borak dengan cashier sebelah walaupun ramai orang tengah beratur. First time buying oden and I had no idea how to order. Asked the staff nicely but got an eye roll instead. This was on 30/6 in the evening. Not only was the service rude, they didn't even give me a spoon. Such a disappointing first experience. To the management, If your staff can’t handle a simple question from a first-time customer, maybe they shouldn’t be serving customers at all.

poor customer service sangat rude ya, not responding to the customer properly. mintak fork pon dia ignore je. also your staff name ZIZIE please teach her to smile ya! tengok customer macam nak dengan muka tak puas hati, who you think you are??
