I’ve order ramen with hotdogs but the way the worker told me the menu is out of stock was very rude.Its been twice the behaviour of the same worker was rude not only with me but also with other customers.

According to google, it closes at 10pm. Bought a ready cooked food from them at 8:30pm and wanted to reheat and was told that the "kitchen" is closed, which basically means they started cleaning. Appreciate if they could have informed at least during payment so one could decide if still proceed with the purchase. What's the point of me purchasing ready cooked food from them if the food couldn't be microwaved?
I think this is the last time i’ll ever buy something from this family mart, zero attitude. Used to buy snacks and stuffs, disappointed.
