I had a very disappointing experience here. The service was extremely poor, and the overall treatment from the staff was unacceptable. In particular, the staff named Jannatul was very rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke and handled the situation felt disrespectful and made me really uncomfortable. As a customer, I expected at least basic courtesy and kindness, but sadly that was not the case at all. This experience left me feeling upset and frustrated.
