I often buy oden at other outlets and they always give enough soup, at least half full. But at this store, I only got about a quarter of the soup, which was really disappointing. I thought all outlets followed the same SOP. When I asked for a spoon, the staff said they didn’t have any, only forks. How do they expect customers to eat the soup without a spoon? plus the oden choices were also very limited because the staff didn’t refill, and the service was super slow. Really disappointing. Never coming here again.
