This shop forced customers to submit a 5-star rating at the counter while making payment, without even asking for the customer’s consent or genuine feedback. The staff’s attitude was already unfriendly, and when customers did not give 5 stars, their attitude became even worse. Reviews should be based on real customer experiences, not pressure or intimidation！！！

All this while I had no problem with the store until today. The female employee tone was condescending when I mistaken the chocolate drink as chocolate milk tea. I wasn't focused because I put my bag outside the store for booking the table and my mind was trying to be cautious of belongings from getting stolen.

Tôi vừa mua đồ ở đây và muốn mua thêm một cây kem khi đến quầy vì tôi không biết nói tiếng anh và tiếng Mã tôi chỉ vào cây kem và nói tôi muốn cái này tôi nói bằng tiếng anh , phục vụ nạt vào mặt tôi và nói cái này là cái gì mày nói ra , với thái độ rất khó chiệu , và những người sau lưng tôi đã giúp tôi nói là kem nhưng phục vụ không thèm để ý và hỏi tôi mày không biết nói hả , tôi nói tôi không biết nói tiếng anh và anh ta đã thái độ và nhìn tôi và chưởi cái gì đó tôi không hiểu nhưng với gương mặt rất đáng ghét
