This shop forced customers to submit a 5-star rating at the counter while making payment, without even asking for the customer’s consent or genuine feedback. The staff’s attitude was already unfriendly, and when customers did not give 5 stars, their attitude became even worse. Reviews should be based on real customer experiences, not pressure or intimidation！！！
All this while I had no problem with the store until today. The female employee tone was condescending when I mistaken the chocolate drink as chocolate milk tea. I wasn't focused because I put my bag outside the store for booking the table and my mind was trying to be cautious of belongings from getting stolen.
