Very bad customer service
我不会再来这里消费，收钱很慢，我前面有8个人给钱买东西，到我要等大概45分钟，花钱受罪。
排队给钱很慢，给钱机器很烂，一直卡机。
Basket very oily, table oily, terrible experience. Only 2 staffs even on weekend peak hour. New self check out machine very laggy. 2 machine, 1breakdown somemore. 10 minute wait (1 person q) to check out just to wait for staff to come. Worst familymart. Now no more plastic bag so I bought 16drinks, all wet wet put in fragile paper bag (RM0.50 each), gotta bring own recycle bag
Poor customer service. Please learn how to serve customers professionally and respectfully. There is no need to raise your voice when speaking to customers. A better attitude and communication would greatly improve the experience.
