The cashless counters are not efficient at all. Should separate the oden/snack/hot meals/drinks/ice cream order from the shelves purchase. Need to wait long queue just to pay a bowl of salad.

I would like to make a complaint about the service that your outlet provided. When I arrived at 3.50am to buy a hot meal, the cashier said they needed to cool down the oven. After that we just buy drinks only. Please set a timing for you guys pre-closing, because at Google you guys are open 24 hours. If you need to pre-close, just put up a notice, close the item not available or update the next timing you guys open back up. No hateful review, just sharing the feedback that I'm facing right now. Thank you.
