These staffs are so rude and only answer with 1 word only. They insisted they don't have small or medium size even thought I can see their cups size through the counter. The drink are horrible by the way. They sell milk tea but have no straws for you. Again, SUPER RUDE!

I purchased a Terea Black Purple pack and paid RM25 in cash, but the cashier insisted that I only gave RM15. As a result, I was shortchanged and felt extremely frustrated and unfairly treated. I would like to make a complaint about the staff working on 29/5/26 around 550pm. Was buying a couple of bottled water and a corndog. Had an emergency situation where we needed to go immediately, I requested to have to corndog to go without having it microwaved. "I always try to avoid this branch. It’s so stressful. If luck isn't on my side and the cashier calls me over to pay, I get really anxious. She is always so rude and impatient.
