Appalled by the “service” quality of the staff here. Suggest firing the female staff who was obviously unhappy with her job :)

KLIA2内にあるファミマでも、向かいにあるセブンと同じく、ツナマヨおにぎりとたまごサンドを買って食べ比べてみた。 まず気づいたのは、ツナマヨおにぎり。ファミマもセブンも、どちらにも玉ねぎが入っている。「あ、これがマレーシア仕様なのね…」とちょっと納得。 味はというと、セブンの方がご飯がしっとりしていて、やや美味しい印象。しかもファミマのおにぎりはRM5前後と、セブンより少し高めだったりする。 一方、たまごサンド。見た目はかなり日本に近いのだけれど、パンが驚くほど柔らかい。思わず「え、こんなに？」とびっくりするレベル。 さらに驚いたのは、ファミマの品揃えの充実ぶり。 マレーシアのファミマは、アジア最大級の食品メーカーQLが日本のファミマとフランチャイズ契約を結び、自社のKitchenでパンや惣菜を毎日製造する体制を持っているらしい。 そしてマレーシアでは、「やわらかいパン＝おいしいパン」という食文化があるため、あのふわふわサンドイッチが生まれているのだとか。 こういうのを見ると、日本の味が海外でどうローカライズされるのかって、コンビニだけでも結構わかって面白い。

was buying a drink today and i didnt notice that i did not swipe my card until the machine turn green and the staff acting so rude to me. to the management, please train ur staff properly!!! and to the staff, have some manner, if you are unhappy please dont come to work or might as well just stay at home n keep ur behaviour to u urself or ur family.
