I had a very uncomfortable experience at FamilyMart. I politely asked for a nokou matcha cup, but the staff member named Uncle Imran responded with “Apa matcha cup?” in a dismissive tone and with a rather unfriendly expression. He then pulled the chocolate strawberry sign and used hand gestures pointing up and down while looking at me in a way that felt judgmental and disrespectful.
