I would like to suggest that FamilyMart consider increasing the number of staff, particularly during peak hours. The current situation, where only one employee is required to serve a large number of customers at the same time, has led to delays in service and inconvenience to customers who are forced to wait for extended periods. I sincerely hope that the management will take this matter into consideration to improve both customer experience and staff well-being.
Bad service by staff, food I buy not doing properly, very disappointed!!!
