Soft serve was packed 5 days ago and frozen in the freezer, not soft at all, hard and frozen. Had promo for cone only but the staff said no cone available, there was cones in the drawer beside the machine.

Dear Manager/Sv, yesterday 26/5/2026 around 6pm , i was busy as hell handling customer at my store and then proceed to Fam Mart to buy oden to break my fast. I proceed to the tall male cashier and to buy only one oden for “myself” but the cashier put”three”oden instead of “one”. The price was about the be rm5 with discount but got rm26 instead and he said “alamak bg saya terdengar 3” I’m too lazy to have an argument that time but that this kind of behaviour cannot be tolerated at all.
