Management should hire more staff. The queue is always too long as only one counter is open. Some customers even give up waiting.
Outlet is very small but tip top service from staff especially the staff named Farid. Dude is extremely efficient, polite and helpful everytime the cashier is him. Famima should raise the guy's salary for being this efficient.
2 years ago. Two male staff was friendly and kinda happy go lucky a bit. I like both of them and their service were great and serve me with good manner. I hope to see them again someday.
