Hafiz from FamilyMart Greentown attended to us very warmly. While heating up our RTE meals and preparing our matcha latte, he casually asked where we were from and had a simple friendly chat with us. Small gesture, but it genuinely made the experience feel more welcoming and personal. Great customer service with a pleasant attitude.
Almost everyweek i buy my coffee here using my family mart app. On the 3rd May, at 2pm, went in and start ordering my beverages using the app and your staff, ALIF just standing there waiting for my orders. I ordered 1 hot latte and matcha latte. After paid, only he told me matcha no stock. My dissatisfied of this staff ALIF is, 1) very unfriendly and no manners the way he told me will refund the payment within 7 days 2) he said, you should ask what have and what don't have before order.
