I had a very disappointing experience at this FamilyMart outlet with both the male and female staff. I purchased a cup of Maggi noodles and added hot water, but the water was not hot enough to cook the noodles properly. The noodles remained hard and were not edible. When I asked if they could help microwave it, the staff told me that they “only use hot water to cook the noodles.” If that’s the case, then what is the microwave for? Bad service
Unhappy with the service here , sorry to say but your staff have no mannerism at all . Orang datang all bubbly and cheerful but you decide to tegur your customer as if you dont want to work there . If someone looks confused or clueless you can kindly suggest your customers or even ask if they need help . Scan barang hentak2 .
