My favourite human being was sad, so I brought her to FamilyMart to destress. She looks pretty destressed after the experience. Highly recommended to bring your favourite human beings to this shop.

Very disappointing experience with the self-payment machines. The machine was terrible to use — it couldn’t scan the products properly, and the price shown during payment was different from what I expected. What made the experience even worse was that there were staff around, but no one came over to help when I was clearly having problems with the machine. If customers are expected to use self-checkout, the machines should at least work properly, and staff should be willing to assist when there’s an issue. Really frustrating... read more
Worst visit to this branch. The employee's attitude was completely unacceptable and rude. On top of that, the payment kiosk was super laggy and almost unusable. Zero stars for customer service and equipment maintenance!
