All the counters were closed, and the staff asked me to use the self-checkout. When I tried to scan the QR code, it didn’t work. I tried scanning it again and proceeded to the payment page, but the payment still couldn’t be completed. I informed the staff that we were unable to make the payment. In app shows item available after order and came for pickup out of stock and no refund! And staff (thin Malay girl) answered irresponsibly.. mind blowing customer service.. pickup time: around 6.05pm 08/07/26
