One of the worst service ever. Three people there chatting and not replenishing the stocks. I asked if I can have the strawberry cake sandwich. They just ignore and pretend to be busy when there is only less than a handful of people. So arrogant staffs. My kids said better go 7Eleven
I was told regular coffee don't come with a lid. I asked if they could just give me a lid, don't care if it doesn't fit as long as my cup is covered since I'll be walking back to my office with the cup in my hand, the guy at the counter shouted back "Tak boleh!". I'm trying to understand - whose fault is it that you don't have a lid for a regular cup? My fault? I am offended and annoyed.
The family mart staff was super rude! When I wanted to explain my order to her, shes scoffing and acting like she thinks I'm stupid or something. Then when I'm trying to tell her she did it wrong, she's not even listening and telling me, I said it wrong. What happened to customer service and why is it family mart always hire the worst staff? Ruin my whole morning.
tadi ada orang go-jek disiram kuah sampai dikasih bintang 1 makanya tempat ini dikasih 2,7 walaupun aku nggak pernah ke sana ke Malaysia tapi aku kurang setuju sih kalau ada karyawan kata kasar mulu
