I had a very unpleasant experience at this FamilyMart. The staff was impatient and spoke to me in a rude tone when I asked a simple question. The way I was answered felt very harsh and unfriendly. If you’re having a bad day, please don’t take it out on customers. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected.，
