Barang sampai tapi ada barang tak ada. Lepas tu dah bagi tahu. Rider tak bagi tahu pun barang apa tak ada. Duit saya bagi RM 53. Tapi tak pulang baki. Rider tak bagi tahu apa� pun yang barang makanan tu tak ada.
Very disappointed with the customer service at the Batu 8 Skudai Highway outlet. When I politely asked the female staff about the ice cream flavors available, she lost her temper, spoke with a very bad attitude, and told me to "look at the machine." When I asked about the flavors based on the stickers, she rudely dismissed me without a proper answer and showed zero apologies. Poor service and unprofessional behavior. Management really needs to retrain their staff.
Went to ask about Oden and Noodles prices. The female Malay staff "oh there's no price list (in Malay)", but the fact is the price list board actually fell on the floor. (Can I add, this isn't the first time I got served with an "attitude"?) Thanks, you just made me boycott this outlet. Please learn a bit on how to serve customers from the staff at the Taman Sutera JB outlet.

This is my first time order oden by myself. And im asking for my friend help to take what i want (im talking with my friend) than the malay girl (izzati fatin) say guna penyepit ya in a rude tone. Than i stunned and i just continue take my oden. Then she serve my friend that asking for ice cream also very rude just like pointed the hand to machineeee like we know ea what flavour yang available? Come on your serviceeee!
