Tolong lah tambah perkerja … sampai orang da ramai hanya ade 1 perkerja yang bertugas saja .. service jadi lambat nak menunggu satu makanan sampai mengambil masa 25 minit …. Kesian kat perkerja sorang tu dia lah cashier dialah yang bahagian panaskan ….. Pleaseee alert rungutan customer .. terima kasih
Had a disappointing experience at this FamilyMart outlet. The staff member, Nurnajwa, forgot about my order and didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency when handling it. There was no apology, and the service felt very slow. I hope the management can improve staff attentiveness and customer service in the future.
