Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery 分店。店员态度很好，但真的很同情他，一个人要收银、签收货物、准备外卖还要弄 Oden，忙到不可开交。因为太忙了导致我的账单算错（多收了一份料的钱），希望管理层能增派人手，减轻员工负担也能减少出错率，提升顾客体验。 Staff is very polite and hardworking, but management really needs to add more manpower here. The staff had to handle the cashier, courier arrivals, delivery orders, and Oden preparation all at once. Because they were so overwhelmed, my bill was wrongly charged (extra items added). Please hire more staff to ensure a better service and reduce mistakes. Foods are niceee~

Every time I visit this FamilyMart outlet, the queue at the cashier is always extremely long and the payment process is very slow. Many customers end up putting their items back because the waiting time is just too frustrating. The store is often crowded, but the cashier efficiency and manpower arrangement do not seem to improve. During peak hours, there are still not enough counters operating. Please take this seriously, because it is really affecting the customer experience and causing the store to lose sales.
