Today i order oden from this family mart using shopee food.. this is not first time happened… i order for two bowl but get only one.. missing item happen like regular thing in this store… please educate ur staff more on checking before submit order.. dont be over confident.. ive been in store visit too.. ur staff quite have attitude problem like they own the store…
Always enjoy stopping by FamilyMart! The store is clean, well-organised, and has plenty of snacks, drinks, desserts, and convenient food choices. Everything is easy to find, and the service was good as well. A convenient place to grab something quickly, especially when you’re looking for a quick snack or drink.
FamilyMart Bentong, I was literally standing and waiting in line. Two counters were closed at first. One customer simply walked in front of me and was served. Then another counter opened, and the staff called the Malay woman behind me. Another counter opened, and again another Malay customer was called. I ended up putting my food back on the rack and walking out. Honestly, I felt very disappointed and ignored. No matter what someone's race is, please treat every customer fairly.
