I’m a sunway uni student and this is my go-to place. I haven’t been here for 3 months and I just came today to get my comfort food, the staff was not friendly at all, no utensils saying that OUT OF STOCK. Ridiculous because it’s named a convenient store for a reason. I go to family mart for my convenience but it was a hassle knowing that I want to eat oden without utensils. The only things they have this dessert spoon and the staff didn’t offer me that either as a solution.
Asked for an extra spoon because I was sharing the oden with a friend, the male staff refused to provide and said he will only provide if I order another oden?? I've been to other fami branches before and honestly this is the worst customer experience ever :) btw the sukiyaki soup is good ngl
