I dont understand why their service is so so bad. Your staff have time to talk but got no time to faster service. We waited for about 20 mins for a chiki & sausage. Pls go improve your service yea. Ask your staff dont talk do work first.
You will have the best 5 star service experience when tudung lady named “RAMEAH” served u . She reminds me to redeem FREE matcha sofuto few times already although I always threw the receipt away . Very thoughtful of her despite the store is always busy with customers . She deserves to be promoted and I wish u all the best in whatever you are doing.
