Seriously disappointed with the service. I bought a promo drink, but when I paid, there was normal charges. When I asked, the staff rudely said it was an old promo in an annoying tone and didn’t even bother to look at me while speaking. If the promo is no longer valid, at least inform properly and remove it clearly. Basic customer service like being polite and respectful shouldn’t be this hard. Please train your staff better, FamilyMart. This kind of attitude is unacceptable !!!

Walaupun saya datang lewat sekitar jam 1:30 pagi ketika outlet hampir tutup, staf tetap melayan saya dengan baik tanpa sebarang sikap negatif. 14/3/2026 11:50am 我去買香菸，當時看到只有一個員工坐在櫃檯角落（最左邊的位置）玩手機，香菸的櫃檯在右邊，於是我就站在右邊的櫃檯輕輕喊hello，她沒反應，我再用東西敲敲桌子，她依舊在玩手機，我只好提高聲量再次喊hello，她抬頭回答我她是負責左邊櫃檯的，意思是要買什麼就要去左邊找她，我就回答她我要買香菸，香菸在右邊，那怎麼辦？結果她走了過來拿香菸給我，也在右邊的櫃檯處理，無語！！現在的服務那麽沒素質了嗎？
